June 19th Meditation

      The full-day meditation scheduled for the 19th has been changed to a Half-Day meditation beginning at the same time and ending at noon.

Full Day Meditation - Sunday, June 19th, 2011

       This full day, silent meditation (8am to 4pm) will be held in Walnut Cove. There is no charge, but the opportunity for Dana to our host will be available. Anyone interested is asked to contact Bob at bobndharma@gmail.com for further information.

4-19-11   This is the fledgling attempt on my part to create a place where you can find any updates or news about upcoming meditation experiences in Winston-Salem though it should not be considered a complete list of opportunities.
